Learn More About Each Service

  • A structured, hands-on coaching series built around one goal: helping you show up with clarity, confidence, and a story they won’t forget.

    • Session 1 – Resume & Story Foundation
This session starts well before we meet. Once you send me your resume and LinkedIn, I’ll review them and propose an initial draft with notes and recommendations. In our session, we workshop the document live- rebuilding your resume in real time while also digging into the bigger question: Are these the right stories? Often, clients realize that the moments they overlooked are actually the ones they can speak about most clearly, confidently, and emotionally. That’s what we’re after. We also build your elevator pitch- something real, not robotic. Afterward, I send you a final draft resume reflecting all of this work, and We start the 30 behavioral questions exercise in Session 1 to give you a framework on how to answer them. I assign this as foundational homework: your answers to those questions will set the stage for everything that follows.

    • Session 2 – Authentic Storytelling & Response Frameworks

You’ll come into Session 2 having completed the 30-question exercise and spent time reflecting on your story. This session is about making that work come alive. We’ll identify which answers felt the most real, natural, and emotional- and use those to shape your personal STAR-based framework. This process builds the muscle to respond to any question by pulling from real, lived experiences, rather than trying to memorize the "right" answer. We’ll also revisit the resume and LinkedIn for final adjustments and close the session with practical networking advice. We’ll talk about how to reach people, not portals- how to be a person, not an AI-generated PDF.

    • Session 3 – Interview Mastery I

In this session, we begin active live practice using the personal response framework you’ve started building- one that’s rooted in your own experiences, emotional clarity, and STAR-based storytelling. The goal is not to rehearse answers but to develop your ability to react in the moment. We explore how to tailor your stories, hit the emotional beats, and build natural pacing. You’ll get real-time feedback on delivery, posture, voice, and clarity- and learn how to read the room and adapt. We focus on the conversation, not just the question.

    • Session 4 – Interview Mastery II

Our final session continues this practice, with a deeper emphasis on precision and flexibility. By now, you’ve built confidence in your stories- now we refine how you move between them, how you recover, and how you listen. We’ll cover tough or unexpected questions, and I’ll help you reinforce your most impactful narratives. The goal: walk into your next interview with complete clarity on who you are, what you bring, and how to deliver it.

Every session builds on the last- and every tool we develop is something you’ll use long after the coaching ends.

  • This package includes two high-impact sessions designed to take your interview skills from solid to standout- focusing not just on what you say, but how you show up.

  • What We’ll Cover:

    • Prioritize the right experiences: We’ll highlight 3–4 key accomplishments per role that align with the jobs you’re targeting.

    • Clarify complex experience: Whether it's technical jargon or military service, I help translate your background into language that hiring managers understand.

    • Quantify your impact: “Managed a team” doesn’t cut it. “Led a 12-person team to deliver a $1.2M project on time and under budget” does.

    • Craft a clean, sharp, 1–1.5 page resume: No fluff. No filler. Just what matters.

    • Develop your elevator pitch: We’ll craft a concise, confident way to introduce yourself that actually makes people want to hear more.

A good resume won’t get you the job- but a bad one might keep you from getting in the room. That’s why my resume coaching isn’t just about formatting- it’s about focus, strategy, and confidence.

We start by getting every idea out of your head and onto the table- your work history, accomplishments, metrics, projects, and more. Then we shape it into a resume that reflects the best of what you’ve done and what you bring to the table.

And I don’t stop there. I teach you how to sell your resume- how to speak to your value, answer “walk me through your resume,” and deliver a sharp elevator pitch that connects the dots.

This isn’t a template. It’s a strategic, personal rebuild- based on your real story and refined through honest feedback.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or revising a clunky draft, I’ll help you turn your experience into a story you’re proud to write and ready to tell.

  • This 90-minute session is a condensed, high-impact version of the full two-part interview coaching package. Because of the accelerated format, you’ll complete prep work beforehand so we can dive straight into active practice.

We’ll use your real experiences to build and sharpen a personal response framework- rooted in emotional clarity, STAR-based storytelling, and the two themes that define what you bring to the table. You’ll learn how to tailor your stories on the fly, hit the emotional beats, and build natural pacing. We’ll focus on delivery, your voice, posture, and presence; all in relations to how to read the room and adapt.

You’ll also practice handling tough or unexpected questions and refine how you transition, recover, and listen with intent. This is not about memorizing answers. It’s about learning to show up, clear, confident, and conversational- so you walk into your next interview ready for anything.

Own your story. Stay sharp under pressure. Walk in ready.

Most people prepare for interviews by reading articles. You’ll prepare by actually doing the work—out loud, on camera, with real feedback. Because no matter how good your resume is, it’s the interview that seals the deal.

In this coaching track, we focus on behavioral interviews—the ones where they ask, “Tell me about a time when…” These questions are tough because they test clarity, composure, and storytelling all at once. That’s where our process comes in.

    What We'll Cover:

    • Live interview drills with rapid feedback: Practice answering real questions from a curated set of the most commonly asked behavioral interview prompts.

    • Sharpen your STAR responses: Learn how to structure your answers with EMOTION, focus, energy, and a clear takeaway—so you stop rambling and start landing your points.

    • Develop your elevator pitch: We’ll craft a concise, confident way to introduce yourself that actually makes people want to hear more.

    • Get in reps, not just advice: The first few rounds might be rough—but that’s the point. We’ll work until your answers are sharp, confident, and repeatable.

I’ll challenge you like the interviewer who doesn’t crack a smile—but coach you like someone who wants you to win. This is the kind of prep that gets results.

    Includes:

    • 1-on-1 mock interview coaching (75 min, camera-on)

    • Targeted drills based on your background and industry

    • STAR and EMOTION method training + custom response guidance

    • Feedback on tone, delivery, and language clarity

    • Optional add-on: Final mock interview w/ written feedback

Whether you’re weeks away from a big interview or just starting your search, I’ll help you walk in calm, clear, and confident.
